Description

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA)�continually seeks opportunities to enhance the benefits and services provided to the customers. �In furtherance of its mission to provide the commissary benefit, DeCA builds, operates, and maintains a total of 184 commissaries organized into 8 maintenance groups (see attached map) in the continental United States (CONUS), plus Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico.�Currently, DeCA is exploring the feasibility of an enhanced approach to Commissary Facilities Maintenance Preventative Maintenance and Repair contracts. DeCA�s maintenance contracts support store locations with ongoing Whole Facilities Maintenance and Repair Services provided by qualified contractors in accordance with DeCA criteria and standards. �Services typically include the following: -Program Management -Call Center Services -Site Maintenance Personnel (for each location) -Preventative Maintenance (Equipment, Real Property, HVAC, and Roof Systems) -Unscheduled Maintenance (Emergency and Non-Emergency for Equipment, Real�Property, HVAC, and Roof Systems. Also include performing Special Projects as�determined by the Facilities Sustainment Division.) -Remote Monitoring Control Systems (RMCS)�Services will be monitored and accepted in person by Store Personnel. Members of the Facility�Sustainment Division will be monitoring services through SOMS (Service Order Management�System)
