- The contractor shall provide support in the following areas: � Clinical Value Analysis Integration and Non-Clinical Equipment Demand Forecasting � End User Support for Microsoft SharePoint � Data Collection � VHA Utilization Program (VHA UP) Support � Supply Chain Management Committee (and sub-committees) � New Governance Committees � Organizational Design � Additional / Ad-Hoc Supply Chain Transformation Support�� Have a track record of designing and supporting VHA Supply Chain Governance � Have experience standing up logistics� customer service capabilities within VHA � Have a deep understanding of knowledge of data across the VHA Supply Chain � Have clinical expertise to support supply chain operations � Be able to demonstrate capabilities across support services and logistics � Have extensive experience in supply chain management projects � Have deep experience in data analytics, data visualization, dashboard development, and data synthesis � Have a Single staffing pool that supports both public and private sector projects � Have experience conducting organizational design projects with non-profit, private sector and government clients, and with a specific history of doing PD support within P&LO � Have access to staff and/or advisors that have served in senior levels of government/private sector � Be able to demonstrate experience on the instruction of Human-centered design in academia to ensure the fundamental tenets, principles, and processes can effectively enable service re-design that meets the needs of frontline staff � Have experience executing Human-centered design efforts in person and remote, to include ethnographic research in multiple geographies
