Description

This is a sole source notice of intent and is not a request for proposals or quotations.� The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The Government will not reimburse the respondent for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract pursuant to FAR 13.106(b)(1) to Consortium for School Networking (COSN).� The award is for a base year and four option years.� The total estimated contract value for the base period and all options is $13,410.00.� Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that other vendors can meet the Government's need.� See attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more information.
