- DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about June 23, 2021, for a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract with an estimated maximum contract value of $33,600,000.00. The subject requirement is unrestricted. The proposed acquisition is for the procurement of two antennas, NSN: 5841-01-358-6774, P/N: A3084248 and NSN: 5841-01-358-6775, P/N:A3084249. The Government owns a performance specification, but does not own the complete drawings and specifications that define the Form, Fit, and Function (F3) characteristics of these antennas. The contract will have a guaranteed minimum of $10,000. FAR Part 15 will apply to this acquisition. All parties interested in doing business with Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) (ACC - APG (C5ISR)) and DLA Land at Aberdeen are invited to access SAM.gov. Upon accessing this web page, look for the tab titled ""SAM.GOV for Industry"". Under the ""SAM.GOV for Industry"" tab you will be able to: check for business opportunities by clicking on the Contract Opportunities Search link, receive notifications by clicking on the Vendor Notification Service link. Vendors cannot submit responses via the Vendor Bid History. Vendors can only view ""high level"" information regarding the response. No registration is needed for the Vendor to browse for business opportunities. For the Vendor to receive notifications he merely needs to provide company Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and Email address. To submit a response the Vendor must provide the CAGE Code and Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN).
