- This solicitation is for Aviation Training Analysis and Courseware Development, N6134022R0011 (formally N6134021R0041).Naval Air Warfare Center Training System Division (NAWCTSD) has a requirement for the design, development, and implementation of courseware (self-paced, web delivered, and instructor-led) and supporting materials to include, but not limited to, electronic presentations, instructor guides, student/trainee guides, job performance aids, electronic performance support systems, exercises, visual aids, and interactive Multi-Media Instruction (IMI) to support the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE). This requirement includes providing all labor, material, travel and resources necessary to analyze, design, develop, deliver, implement, and evaluate courseware solutions for up to five years and is a follow-on effort to Aviation Courseware Development contract number N63140-16-D-0005. This effort will primarily focused on providing Aviation Maintainer and Naval Flight Student/Operator (i.e. pilots and aircrew) training and performance solutions. The Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT), located in Pensacola, Florida is charged with the development, delivery, and support of technical training for maintenance and support personnel. Fleet Replacement Squadrons (FRSs) and Post-FRS Weapons Schools at multiple sites are responsible for the development and support of training for operators across the Aviation Combat Training Continuum (ACTC). The Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) headquartered onboard NAS Corpus Christi, TX leads the Naval Air Training Command (NATRACOM) composed of five Training Air Wings located on Naval Air Stations in Florida, Mississippi, and Texas.
