- Amendment 004 is issued for questions and answers� Amendment 0003 is issued to extend the closing date until October 28, 2021 and to add the Clause�AMS Contract Clause 3.2.1.5-5 (INTERIM) Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors (OCT 2021) Amendment 0002 is issued for questions and answers and to extend the opening to October 21, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. eastern time. Amendment 0001 is issued to add a second site visit. The Federal Aviation Administration, Boston Enroute Construction Office, has a new construction effort for the�AHU 510,�515 and 520 Replacement at the Miami Air Route Traffic Control Center, Miami, Florida This project is unrestricted (full and open) competition. The NAICS code is 238220, size standard of $16.5 million. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this Announcement. All documents are available in .pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $750,000.00 to $2,000,000.00 Payment and Performance Bonds are required. A site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday September 22, 2021 at 10:00 am. Due to security requirements all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver�s license) to gain access to the site. All contractors must submit a list of attendance 48 hours in advance to Susan.Newcomb@faa.gov. Your list must note which employees (name and company) will attend.� Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to the facility. Depending on the number of attendees the FAA will reserve the right to add a second site visit on Wednesday September 22, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. to allow for proper social distancing. Required COVID PROTOCOL: All attendees will be required to wear a mask no exceptions are allowed. Contractors will be required to follow COVID Protocols at that facility and they may change based on fluctuations in cases and individual facility needs. Vaccination status may or may not impact these protocols and the contractor. Any changes or updates will be provided to attendees prior to the site visit NOTE TO OFFERORS: �All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. In addition, offerors are cautioned to read the RFO carefully and ensure all proposals conform to the requirements of Section L and M.
