Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is N4523A22RCMASTERCAM. This requirement incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2021-07 and DFARS DPN 20210929. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses:�https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far and�https://www.acquisition.gov/dfars The NAICS code is 541519. The small business size standard is $30 Million. The Government intends to negotiate and award the resulted contract on a SOLE SOURCE basis to MLC CAD Systems. This requirement is to provide Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) with a firm-fixed-price order for Sole-Source MasterCam Software Renewal. The period of performance is January 1st, 2022 through December 31st, 2022, with a required delivery date of December 30th, 2021.
