Description

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for Snow Removal, Sanding, and Spring Road Maintenance Services for the FAA Dillingham Flight Service Station (FSS), Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range (VOR), and the Dillingham Housing Units at Dillingham, Alaska to be completed as required in the Statement of Work.� This acquisition is set-aside for small business. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is: 561730 ( Landscaping Services), with the size standard in $8 Millions. The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a base year plus one option year. No SITE VISITS are scheduled/required at this time. Questions or comments pertaining to this RFQ�must be submitted in written form via email to Saman Sraon, Contracting Specialist at Samandeep.ctr.sraon@faa.gov no later than 1700 Pacific Time on Wednesday, 11/03/2021.� All responses must reference the solicitation number (697DCK-21-Q-00118) and be submitted to the following email address: Samandeep.ctr.sraon@faa.gov SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: EACH OFFEROR SHALL SUBMIT AS A VALID OFFER TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTES:� 1. Cover letter stating that no exceptions are taken to any specificationsrequirements or contract terms and conditions, or a detailed summary of allexceptions taken.� 2. Signed Standard Form� - SOLICITATION, OFFER , ANY AMENDMENT AND AWARD 3. Sign -�REPRESENTATIONS, NDAA , CERTIFICATIONS AND OTHERSTATEMENTS 4. Congratulations 8(a) letter from the Small Business Administration (ifapplicable) 5. Past Experience containing at least two (2) projects of similar nature with Point of Contact information for confirmation of completion of work. Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management,www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers (11/12/2021).
