- U.S. GOVERNMENT Presolictation 0CA3102 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: West Riverside/Corona/Chino Hills Delineated Area: See Map At the intersection of Highway 60 and Highway 71, south to Highway 91, west to Green River Road, southeast and continuing on to Foothill Parkway to Interstate 15, south to Caljalco Road, east to Harley John Road, north to Mockingbird Canyon Road, northwest to Van Buren Boulevard to Highway 60, west to the point of beginning at the intersection of Highway 60 and Highway 71. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,000 Space Type: Office � Law Enforcement Parking Spaces (Reserved & Secured): 55 surface or structured spaces Full Term: 180 months Firm Term: 180 months Option Term: 60 months Additional Requirements: 24/7/365 Secure Building Access Law Enforcement Agency Contiguous Space Space has a maximum 2:1 length to width ratio Column size maximum 2�x2� Column spacing minimum 20� apart Ceiling Height minimum 9�0� throughout and 9�6� in large conference room Above first floor unless space is located on both first and second floor Secure elevator-card reader or code if sole occupant on floor No Judicial Branch occupants in building Oversized vehicle clearance Gated and fenced reserved parking Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
