- Solicitation #: W911RZ-22-Q-0001 Procurement Type: Sources Sought Date Posted: October 22, 2021 Title: Agricultural Disinfectant Equipment Cleaning and Sterilization at Fort Carson, Colorado NAICS 561710 � Exterminating and Pest Control Services Description: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. The U.S. Government is seeking information on the availability to perform Agricultural Disinfectant Equipment Cleaning and Sterilization on Fort Carson, CO. MICC Fort Carson is searching for interested sources with the ability to fulfill this requirement. In your response please indicate all business categories, i.e. small business, large business, service disabled veteran owned, 8(a), Hub Zone and Woman-owned in which you fall. How long will it take you to begin cleaning at Fort Carson upon receipt of order. Provide the NAICS code you recommend using to fulfill the requirement. � The place of performance will be: Fort Carson, CO 80913 AG Wash Cleaning POP = 7 weeks (or provide how long that you believe that it will take to AG Wash 3400 pieces of equipment) starting 29 Nov 2021 � end of January 2022 to clean external of equipment (~3400 pcs) Note includes a two week period for block leave. Sterilization POP = 7 weeks starting 4 Jan 2022 � 18 February 2022 ((or provide how long that you believe that it will take to Sterilize 3400 pieces of equipment after they are washed) �to sterilize equipment and containers (~3400 pcs) Please keep in mind that the weather in Colorado during this timeframe greatly fluctuates and could include snow, rain, and multiple cold days. The vendor is expected to provide any necessary shelter to perform the agricultural wash under. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released unless exempt from synopsis, it will be synopsized on the Government-wide Point of Entry. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Government-wide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement. In response to this sources sought, please provide: Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, DUNS number or CAGE code, whether you are a large business or a small business. If you are a small business, include a statement regarding small business status (including small business type(s)/certifications(s) such as� 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.) and the corresponding NAICS code. 2. Information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience (indicate whether as a prime contractor or subcontractor) on similar requirements (include size, scope, complexity, timeframe, Government or commercial), pertinent certifications, etc., that will facilitate making a capability determination. Provide past experience of projects with similar scope or magnitude. 3. Please provide information about your soonest possible period of performance start date upon receipt of order. �Could you meet a start date of 29 November 2021, if so, what type of notice would you require? 4. If you have an existing contract through which you provide Agricultural Disinfecting Equipment Cleaning and Sterilization services please indicate. 5. If you aren�t able to provide the exact service schedule being requested, please specify what kind of service schedule you are able to provide. 6. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with a valid CAGE code and DUNS number, in order to respond to any resulting solicitation. 7. Are you able to provide both agricultural wash services and sterilization services?� If not both then what services are you able to provide? 8.
