Description
DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22) Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW) DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) COMPETITION FOR LEASE LOCATION VA is seeking either a SDVOSB or VOSB for this procurement. The NAICS Code is 531120 Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings, and the small business size standard is $30 million.�Offered space must meet government requirements for fire safety accessibility seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year floodplain. All submissions shall be sent no later than 5:00 PM PST on Monday, November 22, 2021. The Readjustment Counseling Service (RCS) is proposing to lease a minimum of 4,274 and a maximum of 5,000 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) for a Vet Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The space shall be in a quality building, constructed of sound and substantial construction, and shall be in compliance with Federal Laws & Regulations governing Federal Leases, Building and Fire codes, and the American with Disabilities Act. If not a new Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will complete by occupancy, modernization, or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences. Access to public transportation shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the building, but generally not to exceed a walkable one mile as determined by the Contracting Officer. Alternatively, two or more public or campus bus lines usable by Veterans shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the building, but generally not to exceed a walkable � mile. Special Requirements: RCS requires that all leased space shall be located on the first floor. Proximity to gun stores, pawn shops, adult entertainment clubs, liquor stores, medical (or otherwise) marijuana distributors or methadone clinics are precluded within a walkable ¼ mile of the Vet Center The VA is seeking under PL 109-461 Veterans First, a Service-Disabled Veteran Small Business or Veteran Small Business Lessor or Owner able to provide the following space: City, State Santa Fe, NM Delineated Area. North boundary: Alameda St. South Boundary: I25 East Boundary: Old Pecos Trail West Boundary: 599. Minimum Sq. Ft. (NUSF) 4,274 Maximum Sq. Ft. (NUSF) 5,000.
