- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�� �New York City:�� �Melville Delineated Area:�� �North: �Pulaski Road from Route 110 to Old Northport Road. Old Northport Road from Pulaski Road to the Sunken Meadow Parkway East: �Sunken Meadow Parkway from Old Northport Road to the Long Island Expressway (I-495). South: Long Island Expressway (I-495) from the Sunken Meadown Parkway to Pinelawn Road. Pinelawn Road from the Long Island Expressway to Marcus Drive. Marcus Drive from Pinelawn Road to Republic Road. Republic Road from Marcus Drive to Ruland Road. Ruland Road from Republic Drive to Route 110. West: �Route 110/Walt Whitman Road from Ruland Road to Pulaski Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �9,764 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. First floor, single floor, contiguous space is preferred. Space above ground level must provide visitors with access to the reception area by at least two accessible elevators, one of which may be a freight elevator. Basement or below-grade space is unacceptable Space should allow for an efficient layout and workflow and support a secure interviewing configuration. Columns must have regular spacing of sufficient distance to support effective design. A variety of eating facilities and other employee services such as retail shops, banks, cleaners, etc. should be located within four blocks. Space must be easily accessible by public: Visible or easily located from a primary or secondary street, If on high-traffic roadway or multi-lane thoroughfare, traffic signals within two blocks to provide safe access, Public transportation routes/stops (if available in the area) within the equivalent of two city blocks, Sufficient parking for disabled persons consistent with the Architectural Barrier Act (ABA) requirements and in consideration of customer needs. The Government requires a fully serviced lease.� All services, janitorial supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The Government will have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.� Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays). Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expression of Interests Due Date In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. Reference project number: 9NY2709 � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. �A fully serviced lease is required. �Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
