Synopsis� Complete�the�Design�of�the�Welcome and Wellness Center�at the�St. Louis�Job Corps Center� RFP#�1605AE-21-R-00019� NAICS: 236220,�Commercial and Industrial Building Construction� Pre-Solicitation Synopsis for Firm Fixed Price Award� This synopsis is posted to publicize the Government�s intent to award a?Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Construction?Contract.?Welcome and Wellness Center at the St. Louis?� The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) seeks the services of a qualified construction contractor to?complete?the Construction of Welcome and Wellness Center at the St. Louis Job Corps Center in�St. Louis, Missouri.�?� The project is to provide�construction services to complete construction of the Welcome and Wellness Center at the St. Louis Job Corps Center,�St. Louis, MO.�The�construction services�being provided for this project�include, but are not limited to, the demolition and removal of nine various one story buildings of approximately 15,000 gross square feet, the abatement and disposal of hazardous materials, the construction of a new Welcome Center of approximately 1,600 gross square feet, and the construction of a new Wellness Center of approximately 7,500 gross square feet within the campus of the St. Louis Job Corps Center located in St. Louis Missouri. The government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors (other than discussions conducted for the purpose of minor clarification), however, the government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary, therefore each initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint.�
