- Classification Code: 336411-Other �Aircraft Part and Auxiliary Equipment �Manufacturing Title: �Overhaul Actuator, Oil Cooler used on the USCG C-130 Aircraft This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial �items prepared in accordance with the� format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented �with additional� information �included �in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;� quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. �Solicitation number� 70Z03822QH0000003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and� incorporated �provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-� 07 effective 09/10/202 I. This requirement will be satisfied using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of� Commercial �Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified �Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is l 00% Set-Aside for Small Business. The applicable North American Industry� Classification Standard Code is 336411. �The small business size standard is 1,500 employees. The Government anticipates that a firm-fixed-price purchase order will be issued for overhaul of� th1 components/items specified in the Schedule as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. Price� quotes shall be provided on the attached Schedule. NOTE: No drawings, specifications, or schematics are available from this agency. The USCG intends to issue an order for a quantity of Three (3) overhauls. Per FAR 52.217-6 Optim� for Increased Quantity, the USCG may increase the quantity by Twelve (12) overhauls, for a maximum� quantity of Fifteen (15) at the same unit price as the original order, for up to three hundred and� sixty-five (365) days after the initial award date. PLEASE NOTE: The Contracting Officer will� execute a unilateral modification �if the USCG chooses to exercise this option.
