Description

The U.S. Marshals Service, Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) intends to negotiate and award a one-time, sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13) to the Las Vegas Flight Academy, 1771 Whitney Mesa Dr., Henderson, NV. 89014. This requirement is for Difference PC Qualification training equal to the JPATS Pilot Training Manual and PC Qualification training, in TCP Full Flight Simulator, conducted by JPATS Qualified TCI/TCE. The period of performance for this procurement will be from November 16, 2021 through September 30, 2022. Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the Government and related industry, it has been determined that this requirement can only be met through Las Vegas Flight Academy. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive proposals, nor a request for offers; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by contacting Victor J. Stamps, Victor.J.Stamps@usdoj.gov, no later than 11:00am (CST) on Friday, November 12, 2021. Supporting evidence must be furnished in detail to demonstrate the interested party's capabilities to perform the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses sent via other means (i.e. via telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not be considered.
