Description

This requirement for construction work, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This solicitation is supplemented with additional information/procedures from FAR Part 36 and Part 15. This competitive announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. The formal solicitation is anticipated to be posted by 02 November 2021. The period of performance will be one year from the date of award. Actual work will be coordinated with, and to be agreed upon by both parties. The government may authorize purchase of materials due to continued supply issues from COVID-19. Once the contractor is paid for materials the contractor is responsible to guard the materials for the specific use of this project only. NOTE: A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD 17 NOV 2021 @ 1p.m. MT all attendees must email the Contract Specialist Denise Steel, denise.steel@usda.gov the company name, name of attendee, email, and phone number.
