- Sources Sought Synopsis MH-60 Aircrew Training Optimization Program (ATOP) THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR�THE MH-60R Naval Aircrewman Training Systems (NATS) and MH-60S Aircrew Virtual Environment Trainer (AVET) TRAINING SYSTEMS CORRECTION OF DEFICIENCIES (COD) that Leverage from the Enhancements, Hardware and Software Baseline Solutions Developed under ATOP The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Orlando, FL, seeks potential sources pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B) to execute an acquisition for training systems Correction of Deficiencies (COD) that leverage from the enhancements, hardware and software baseline solutions developed under Aircrew Training Optimization Program (ATOP) effort. The AVET/NATS COD delivery locations will be Naval Station (NS) Norfolk, VA; Naval Air Station (NAS) North Island, CA; and NAS Jacksonville, FL.
