Description
Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS)�and Attachment 1 for background, objective and requirement description. The Regional Contracting Office � Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region - Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA is Requesting information for Marine Corps Intelligence Schools (MCIS), Training and Education Command (TECOM). CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region - Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO) 2010 Henderson Road, Quantico, VA 22134-5045. INDUSTRY FEEDBACK: This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY to obtain industry�s feedback on the anticipated technical specifications, potential cost, and performance risks, as well as any other related considerations for the required item.� Please review the attached PWS and Attachment 1. Please provide feedback on the following: Can you meet the general requirements as outlined in paragraph 4 of the Performance Work Statement? 4.1 Work shall be performed at the Contractor�s site (brick and mortar) within a 25-mile radius of Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia.� 4.2 Can your facility accommodate ten (10) to fifteen (15) students? 4.3 Can you satisfy the accreditation requirements as outlined in this section? 4.4 A Marine Corps Intelligence Subject Matter Expert will be allowed to participate in curriculum review and modification. 4.5 Will employed personnel have the appropriate qualifications as outlined in this section? 4.6 Will you be able to comply with the Marine Corps references listed in this section? � Can you meet the performance requirements as outlined in paragraph 5 of the Performance Work Statement? �5.1 Can you provide the scope of services outlined in this section? �5.2 Can you propose classes that will cover all the training requirements in Attachment 1 as well as the semester length? Will you allow the use (if necessary) of Marine Corps personnel to proctor exams as stated in Attachment 1? 5.3 Will you be able to comply with the orientation and course enrollment timeframes outlined in this section? 5.4 Will you be able to offer alternative courses if necessary to accommodate training requirements? ���� 3. Based on the requirements above, do you have recommendations to improve or modify the PWS? Is there any missing�� information? � ��� �4. Is there anything else you think we should know? Submissions shall reference RFI No. �M00264-22-RFI-0204 Academic Support Services� in the subject line.� Interested vendors who wish to respond to this RFI should send responses via email no later than 10 November 2021, 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to michael.bogatyr@usmc.mil. Interested vendors should respond to the questions cited under the �INDUSTRY FEEBACK� section of this document. Request responses shall be provided in no more than 15 pages.� Questions and comments regarding this requirement will be accepted, reviewed and answered if the Government determines responses are warranted. Submissions must include: Business name and address Name of company representative and their business title Type of business (small or large) Cage Code Contract vehicles such as GSA PROPRIETARY INFORMATION: Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All government personal reviewing RFI responses understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423.
