Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Gordon, GA intends t to negotiate/award a Sole-Source with International Council of E-Commerce Consultants (EC-Council), 101C Sun Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109, IAW FAR Subpart 13.5. �The requirement is to provide 170A Warrant Officer Basic Course (WOBC) Exam Vouchers and Training Materials.� The NAICS code is 661430. The authority for this non-competitive award is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. �THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 1000 AM EDT, 11/02/2021 an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
