All terms and conditions remain the same. PETER KIM Contracting Officer 2 Page 3 of 3 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION QUESTIONS Paragraph 3.A.1 states Contractor shall install switches and controls similar in make, model and operation as existing equipment for the north corridors. Please provide the make, model and operation of the existing equipment. Answer: See attachment with pictures. 2. What are the quantity and type of switches for the project? Answer: There are no switches to be replace and this involves adding switches and associated wiring/equipment to shut off the non-emergency lighting. 3. What are the work hours for the project? Answer: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Monday thru Friday. No holidays. 4. Can you provide the as-builts for the space, specifically the electrical drawings and the reflected ceiling plan? Answer: See attached drawings. I do not guarantee them to be 100% accurate. 5. Are we to provide same controls that are on the North end of the building? Please provide controls specs if not. Answer: The operation and controls are to be similar or the same as the North end of the building. 6. Please confirm if contractor can use the existing lighting control (Watt Stopper Control Panel) located at south end hallway corridor to shut off south corridor lighting. Answer: You can use the existing equipment. 7. Do you have as built drawings or schematic drawings for this project? In PDF Format. Answer: See attached drawings.
