Description

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed price contract to perform the scope of work outlined in HRMC-005-22. Work specification HRMC-005-22 is included in the pre-solicitation as an attachment.� Work will be performed at PHNSY & IMF. This posting serves as a Pre-Solicitation notice in association with N32253-22-Q-0011. Ship Check: One (1) Ship Check will be conducted on Tuesday, 2 NOVEMBER 2021 at 1100 HST at the Admiral�s boathouse. Include the following information in your RSVP: Name, Company, Company CAGE code,�Phone number The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,250 employees. The Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance and Repair of Ship and Marine Equipment. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. This pre-solicitation notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.202. Contractors must be able to demonstrate that they have the overall technical expertise to complete the scope of work. Furthermore contractors must be registered and in good standing in System for Award Management (SAM) as a small business for NAICIS code 336611. Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and proposal instructions that will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation, N32253-22-Q-0011. All offers shall be emailed to the primary and secondary point of contact listed in the upcoming posting. The tentative Period of Performance is 29 NOVEMBER 2021 � 28 JANUARY 2022. The Solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 28 OCTOBER 2021. All dates and information included in this announcement as subject to change.
