- Description
- This requirement is aRolling Admissionssolicitation to increase competition in the OAHU region of Military Sealift Command's West Coast General Ship Repair MAC contract. MSC will be exercising the Rolling Admission rights found under section H- Special Contract Requirements of the Base Award. Section H-8 states the following: ""H-8 ROLLING ADMISSION FOR FUTURE ADDITIONAL GSR IDIQ HOLDERS The Government reserves the right to determine whether it would be appropriate to announce a new competition for the purpose of adding additional GSR IDIQ holders. Periodically, the Government will assess the quality of performance by each GSR IDIQ holder, the number, value and complexity of work assigned to each holder and amount of competition achieved. In addition, the Government will assess the internal transaction cost for issuing each delivery order and whether revisions are needed to the scope of the Statement of Work. Based on these criteria and if it is in the best interest of the Government, the KO may announce a new competition to add additional GSR IDIQ holders to this contract. The Government may also modify the contract to allow existing GSR MAC holders to compete for LOTs not originally awarded."" The original solicitation number for the West Coast General Ship Repair MAC contract is N4044319R0110. All of the original terms and conditions of the base award remain unchanged. Pre-proposal questions are due on November 12, 2021 at 1500 PST. Proposals are due on November 30, 2021 no later than 1530 PST. Please see attachments for more details.
