Solicitation Number: ��������������������������������������������������������� ��������� Notice Type: �������� N4019222Q3001� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �Sources Sought Synopsis: The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325120, this industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in Industrial Gas Manufacturing with a corresponding business size of 1,000 employees. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned, HubZone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. Work Requirements: Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Marianas is seeking interest from firms to provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required for the delivery of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) for P-270 ACE Gym and Dining, North Ramp, Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam. The requirement is to provide all equipment necessary for the timely delivery, maintenance, and replenishment of LPG for approximately two (2) 1000 gallon capacity tanks at AAFB, Guam. �Contract to commence on or around 1 March 2022 for a base period of twelve months through to 28 February 2023 to include four (4) 12-month option periods, not to exceed the maximum period of sixty (60) months. The Contractor will be required to provide (2) 1,000 gallon capacity tanks of Liquid Petroleum Gas, inspect tanks, lines, regulators on a semi-annual basis, and provide the Government Representative a written report for record keeping purposes. The contractor will be required to have local representation on the island of Guam. This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This sources sought and request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Contractor responses should include: Capability Statement Completed Sources Sought Questionnaire, see Enclosure (1). Include the following: size of your business with regard to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 325120 per the standard described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.102 (FAR available at https://www.acquisition.go).Company name, DUNS, CAGE, Contact information including phone number and email. If you have an existing GSA or VA, Federal Supply Schedule contract, please include the contract details in your response. If you are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), please provide a copy of your Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) memo. Submissions shall be made by e-mail to Crescentia.Tenorio@usmc.mil, cc Angela.Santos@usmc.mil . Fax submissions of the capabilities WILL NOT be accepted. Submission of a capabilities statement is not a prerequisite to any potential future offerings, but participation will assist the Government as to the extent of sources available for this procurement. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government does not intend to host an information exchange meeting to discuss this RFI with interested potential respondents.
