- The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is�issuing a Request For Quotes (RFQ), for a Firm Fixed-Price contract in accordance with the HRMC-001-22 work package. The tentative period of performance for this requirement is 06 DEC 2021 - 28 FEB 2022.� The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-22-Q-0009. �Proposals will be due on�12 November 2021, 10:00 am HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting.� The solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. �This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, DFARS (last updated 05/20/2021), and NMCARS 18-17. � Please note the following for N32253-22-Q-0009: A vessel Ship Check (site visit) will be available Thuresday, November 4, 2021 at�0900 HST on Ford Island, HI (Fox Pier 3.5) . Offerors shall RSVP intent to attend the ship check via email to DeBrian Holmes at DeBrian.Holmes@navy.mil and Joel Auer at Joel.Auer@navy.mil by Monday, 3 November 2021 at 1400 HST or sooner, if possible. The RSVP email shall contain the following: Name of Person Attending, Title Company Name, CAGE Code Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 provides instructions on what documents must be included in your submission. Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 provides evaluations factors of which the submitted proposals will be evaluated. 52.204-24: Section (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror. 52.204-26: Section (c)(1) and (c)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror. Questions:�All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. Questions are due� 8 NOV 2021, 1000 HST.� References: Reference information associated with this requirement is available upon request only. References will be sent via DoD SAFE to the requesting party. All parties requesting reference information must provide Company Name, CAGE Code, Name, and Title of Requestor in order to verify validity of request.
