- November 01, 2021 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS ONLY Windbreaker, Black, Polyester/Wool and Removable Liner at West Point, NY. The delivery date will be for 01 August 2022 (est). This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 315210 Cut and Sewing Apparel Contractors, size standard is 750 Employees and FSC/PSC of 8405. In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. � Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern. The solicitation will be issued on or about the week of November 01st, 2021 (est) in electronic format only and will be available on the Internet at: https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com (Formally FedBid).
