Description

The following changes have been made to USS DYNAMIC (AFDL-6) & associated Barge (YFDN-30), Solicitation�#N5005421R0009 -A0012 1.�Section J, to incorporate S-7 Request for Specification Clarification/Bidders questions 1-297 2. To include Errata 5 in Section J. 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ********************************************************************** The following changes have been made to USS DYNAMIC (AFDL-6) & associated Barge (YFDN-30), Solicitation�#N5005421R0009 -A0011 1.�Section J, to incorporate S-7 Request for Specification Clarification/Bidders questions 1-294 2. Extended proposal due date to 17 Novemeber 2021 2. Extended Bidders questions to 03 Novemeber 2021 3. Estimated Award date extended to 18 Februrary 2022 4. Removed from Section H, clause 252.223-7999 2. Section J has been revised to include Revised J-3 Milestones-0002. Available upon request. 3. Add Section H clause 252.223-7999, �Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors�. 2. Section J has been revised to include Errata Four. It will be available upon request. 3. Section J incorporates S-7 Request for Specifications Clarification/ Bidder�s Questions 1-258. 2. Section J has been revised to include Errata Three. It will be available upon request. 3. Section L and M, changed the numerical formatting of the volumes and allows for the electronic proposal to be 11 x 17 inch paper vise 8.5 x 11. 4. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Ship Check:The vessel will be available for inspection on Monday, September 13, 2021 through Friday, September 17, 2021 upon request from the offeror. All offerors interested in a ship check must provide advance notice when they plan to ship check the vessel. All offerors shall contact the PM, a minimum two (2) days prior to the Ship Check for detailed requirements due to COVID. Ship Check for USS DYNAMIC (AFDL-6) is located at JEBLC, Pier 58.
