- Mowing Services at�Joe Pool�Lake, Texas in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division (SWD) Fort Worth District (SWF). The Contract Specialist point of contact for this anticipated solicitation is Gloria Gonzales, 817-886-1082, gloria.gonzales@usace.army.mil 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The Fort Worth District intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for mowing services. Solicitation W9126G22Q0003 The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $100,000 and $1,000,000. Total Small Business set-aside. Place of Performance:�Joe Pool�Lake, Dallas, Texas The estimated duration is an initial Base Period of twelve (12) months with up to�2 Option Periods of twelve (12) months each for a total not to exceed contract period of�36 months. The Government reserves the right to award a contract for a lesser duration than stated herein. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform mowing services at Joe Pool Lake, Texas for the duration of the contract period. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is NAICS code 561730 (Lawn Mowing Services). The Small Business Size Standard is $8.0 Million.
