- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure various sized adapters, flanges, valves for�fire fighting manifolds. All materials are to be shipped to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332919. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses only.� For�boxes/packages that weigh over 40lbs, the material must be palletized when arriving at Norfolk Naval Shipyard.� The attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation shall be filled out properly with vendors name, cage code, unit prices, total prices and lead times for each Line Item. If the attachment is not filled out, the quote must have all the above data on it. Please include shipping within the cost of the line item prices.� Offers shall�be e-mailed to Laura Wallace at Laura.Wallace@DLA.MIL Any questions must be sent to the email provided above by 09�November 2021 12:00pm.� Please make sure that the solicitation number is included in the subject line of any email correspondence.� Emails without subject lines will not be read due to security issues. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither it nor its principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency.
