Update 11/1/2021:� This solicitation has been cancelled. PR 89673494 NSN 6130-01-497-0971 Item Description:� Power Supply Quantity: 1,419 Unit of Issue:� EA Option: 100%; this may or may not be exercised at the time of award. Destination Information:� DDSP, Susquehanna, PA. Delivery Schedule:� 60 Days Item is being bought in accordance with Pulsetech Products Corp. (00NQ8); PN 735X645 This is an UNRESTRICTED solicitation (Other Than Full and Open Competition) and will be solicited per FAR part 13.5; DAG 5.207(d)(2)(iv).� This is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, socioeconomic, and past performance as described in the solicitation. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance points as required per the solicitation. �� The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 8/11/2021; This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract for only approved sources under the authority of 10USC2304(c)(1).� One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.� All proposals shall be in the English language and in US dollars.� All interested suppliers may submit a proposal by electronic commerce (e-mail).� Preferred method to submit proposal is to upload through Dibbs.� Submit e-mailed proposals to Carlos.Oquendo@dla.mil.� E-mailed proposals cannot exceed 15MB.
