THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUEST FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. The United States ARMY is conducting this Sources Sought Notice in support of a market research survey to determine any interest and capability of potential sources. This notice is being conducted by the 408th Contracting Support Brigade to identify sources capable of fulfilling an Electric or Hybrid Vehicle Lease requirement at locations across CENTCOM. Specifically, the locations are: Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, KSA, Jordan and Iraq, (with the potential to include other CENTCOM countries). This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, synopsis of a solicitation, or any commitment on the part of the Government to later publish a solicitation. The Government will not reimburse the costs of preparing or submitting a response to this Sources Sought Notice. Any information submitted in response is strictly voluntary. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, CAGE code, if applicable, point of contact for information, Web site address, telephone number, and size to include whether you are US or foreign owned 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. Limit to 30 pages. The Government is seeking feedback and comments on the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1) and additional questions about company capabilities and the local vehicle industry. Please fill out the attached Industry Questionnaire (Attachment 2). Industry is also invited to provide any other comments or suggestions that will be beneficial to the PWS and the overall clarity of the documents. The Government requests interested offerors submit one copy of their capability responses by email, no later than 5:00pm Eastern Local Time (EST) on 07 November 2021. They do not constitute a solicitation (Request for Proposal or Request for Quotations) or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This request does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. The United States ARMY is not at this time seeking proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to the SSS or RFI. All costs associated with responding to this request will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this request does not preclude participation in any future RFP. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government.
