SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals; the 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for market research purposes only for the following items listed below: This is a Sources Sought posting is for Command and Control Switching System (CCSS). The CCSS provides mission-essential, critical secure and non-secure voice services to the National Command Authority (NCA), DOD, various federal agencies, and foreign allies.� The Red and Black Switches (six DSS-2As) supporting the USSTRATCOM GOC provide the ability to convene and manage our nation's most critical national level secure/ non-secure voice conferencing requirements.� These conferences support the entire spectrum of USSTRATCOM mission assignments and may be convened at any time to support the nation's most senior leaders during times of national emergencies and crises involving USSTRATCOM assets worldwide.� Please see the Performance Work Statement for more details. We believe the NAICS for this product to be 541519 and PSC 7G20. If you believe this incorrect, please feel free to let me know what NAICS/PSC better fits the criteria. Your response shall include the following information: Size of company (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, WOSB, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.), Capability Statement. Description of product that meets the specifications and part number if applicable Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition (see Statement of Need below). It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.� The information should be sent to 55 CONS via e-mail to jon.hoseth@us.af.mil by 10:00AM Central Standard Time on 15 November 2021.
