Description

�Amendment 0001 to extend solicitation until 15 November 2021 and�to incorporate�the deviation clause 252.223-7999, �Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors (Deviation 2021-O00009),� included in this solicitation and resulting contract.� The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District has a requirement for a non-personnel services contract to provide medical surveillance and occupational health physicals. This will be submitted as a �Unrestricted� procurement. This Service will be provided in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is W912EQ22Q0002 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). �This is a total small business set-aside procurement. The associated NAICS code is 621340 with a size standard of $8M. �Response to this solicitation must be received via email by date and time indicated on solicitation; regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror�s responsibility to ensure receipt of quote by the time and date stated therein.
