Vendor to provide telecommunication voice business service and support to the Williston CBOC for the Fargo VA Health Care System.� System must support digital connectivity, data file transfer, voice calls, fax transmission and video traffic and provide 24/7 Business Class Priority 1 Customer Service.�� Provider must be able to provide all the above telecommunications services.� This will ensure services are dependable and will be able to respond quickly to outages and additional requests that may impact patient care needs/treatment and VA staff/employees at the Williston CBOC and Fargo VAMC.
