- Page 2 of 2 Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 (NCO 2), intends to solicit quotes from contractors for: Axiom Artis Service and Preventative Maintenance (as needed) for the Buffalo VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at: VAMC Buffalo 3495 Bailey Ave Buffalo, NY 14215 The VA anticipates posting an Unrestricted RFQ for this requirement to beta.SAM.gov on or about: November 5th, 2020. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from beta.SAM.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to offerors about the quote submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website (https://www.beta.sam.gov) so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. NAICS Code: 811219 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Classification Code: J065 Proposed Solicitation Number: 36C24222Q0104 Anticipated Closing Response Date: November 17th 2021 Period of Performance: December 1, 2021 to November 30, 2022, with the provision of two (2) subsequent option years. Description: Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment to service, inspect, repair and maintain this specific equipment and show evidence that they are certified to by the OEM to inspect/perform work on the specific equipment. Vendor shall include proof along with their submission of their quote. No late proof of certification shall be accepted.
