Description: The attached statement of work (SOW) specifies the design, manufacture, test, and delivery of a vacuum chamber (VC) for the Nanoprobe Instrument (NPI) of the enhanced 26-ID beamline of the Advanced Photon Source (APS) at Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) for the Advanced Photon Source Upgrade Project (APS-U). From hereafter the combination of the desired VC, the remaining desired VC features, and all hardware required to assemble the final designed vacuum chamber will be referred to as the vacuum chamber system (VCS).
