Aztec Avenue Gallup, NM 87301, has an upcoming requirement for Lease/Rental of Mobile Computed Tomography (CT)�Unit. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621512 � Diagnostic Imaging Centers with a small business size standard of $16.5 million.� The Request for Quotations No. GIMC-2022-RAD-001 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by November 4, 2021.� Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, delivery time of the proposed unit, and price.� Quotes will be due on or by November 11, 2021. The acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.� In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have � and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) � an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
