Contract Title Preventive and full remedial maintenance service coverage for government-owned Neptune Waste Management System. 3. Background Contract is required to ensure our Neptune Waste Management System is maintained properly, according to specification. 4. Scope Overton Brooks VA Medical Center intends to solicit and award a contract to provide preventive and full remedial maintenance for government-owned Neptune Waste Management System, located at Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, Shreveport, LA 71101. Base year services shall be provided from 4/1/2022 through 3/31/2023. 5. Security Requirements Vendor shall not have access to VA Sensitive Information, patient records, or data. Upon arrival, prior to starting work, the contractor shall report to the Biomedical Engineering Section, Building 1 (basement).Contractor shall sign-in. After all work is complete, the contractor shall report to the Biomedical Engineering Section to sign out, and provide a service report. 7.
