- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Department of Veterans Affairs in Columbus, Ohio intends to solicit for Registered Nurse Services for ICU/Step Down, Emergency Department, Medical Surgical, Mental Health and Community Living Center units on site in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Dayton VA Medical Center facility, specifically the Registered Nurse needs are: Acute/Specialty: 4.5 FTE Acute/Med Surg General: 3.25 FTE CLC-6 FTE MH- General RNs: 1.25FTE The requirement is a Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ), and the contract period will be for a 1 year base period only. The electronic solicitation shall be released on or about December 13, 2021. The solicitation number is 36C25022Q0094. The procurement is a 100% service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aide. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
