- Solicitation:� SPE7L1-21-R-0014 Purchase Request (PR):� 0086730691 NSN(s):� 2815-01-547-7721 Item Description:� REPAIR KIT, DIESEL ENGINE Base Quantity (Qty):� 22 Total Max Quantity:� 44 (Base Qty of 22 with 100% Option Qty of 22) Unit of Issue:� KT Deliver/Ship To:� DLA Distribution San Diego Delivery Schedule:� 188 days After Date of Order (ADO) Item will be procured in accordance with the only identified approved source: FAIRBANKS MORSE, LLC (CAGE 7PZX0); Part Number (P/N) P12620348 This is an UNRESTRICTED solicitation (Other Than Full and Open Competition) and will be solicited, per FAR part 15.� This is not set-aside for small business. � The solicitation will be available on the Internet via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsmdla.mil/rfp on or about Friday, April 16, 2021. � This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data.� There are no technical drawings/bid sets available.� Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract for only approved sources under the authority of 10USC2304(c)(1).� � While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance as described in the solicitation. � Free On Board (FOB) and Inspection/Acceptance points as required, per the solicitation.� � All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars.� All interested suppliers may submit an offer.� DLA LAND AND MARITIME PROCUREMENT NOTE 215-9008 � INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF OFFERS (FEB 2017) The following method(s) of submitting a proposal are authorized in the solicitation: UPLOAD PROPOSAL THROUGH DIBBS (PREFERRED METHOD) To submit an offer through DIBBS, search for the solicitation and then click the Red ""Offer"" button on the search results screen (Note: users must be logged in to DIBBS in order to submit the offer through DIBBS).� For additional guidance, refer to: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/refs/help/Solicitations/DIBBS-Upload-Offer-User-Help.pdf � EMAIL PROPOSALS TO: amber.dye@dla.mil Submission of proposal by electronic commerce (e-mail) is allowed.
