- Description
- The Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury CT. intends to issue a solicitation for the 1st � � �quarter requirements for Bread (various types). �This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination. �Delivery dates will begin January 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022 (2 deliveries per week over a 3 month period, every Tuesdays and Thursdays. Delivery of bread will be on racks with wheels). �Deliveries will be made to FCI Danbury, 33 � Pembroke Road, Danbury CT., 06811. �The proposed contract type is a Firm Fixed Price. �The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. �Awards will be based equally on price and past performance. �The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. �All responsible sources may submit a quote.� Quoters are always expected to: 1)�� �Deliver the product on the time as agreed. 2)�� �Deliver the precise quantity requested. 3)�� �Submit the invoice at the exact prices quoted, and only after full delivery.
