Description

This is a sources sought announcement; a market survey for information only to be used for preliminary planning purposes.��No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requests.� All interested parties should respond. The 145th Airlift Wing in Charlotte, NC is looking for potential sources, specifically small businesses and other socio-economic groups that are capable of providing daily janitorial services for the base gym.� General cleaning includes, but is not limited to: sweep/mop/disinfect floors, clean/disinfect bathrooms, restock paper products/hand soap, remove/replace trash bags, and glass/mirror cleaning.� Does not include cleaning gym equipment.� Some work is to be performed daily, some is to be performed twice a week.� This is anticipated to be solicited as a five-year contract (base year and four option years). All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, the following information no later than Monday 24 November 2021, 5:00 pm EST. Company name, Address, CAGE code, DUNS number, Socio-economic business status, POC. List/description of similar services performed for�Government and/or private industry within the last 5 years.� Include customer POC.
