Description

Amendment 0001: The solicitation (RFP)�is scheduled to be released on/or around 11/10/2021. This is�a presolicitaton notice that the National Institutes of Health, Clinical Center, Department of Laboratory Medicne�intends to issue a�Request for Proposal (RFP)�for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinte Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a one year base period and four (4) twelve month option periods�for Reference Laboratory Testing Services. The solicitation (RFP)�is scheduled to be released on/or around 11/10/2021. The total dollar value of the contract with a base year�and four option periods shall not exceed $19M. This procurement�is intended to be�awarded under NAICS Code 621511 with a standard size of 32.5M. This procurement will require a completed and approved HHS Subcontracting Plan which is attached. The Draft Statement of Work, Draft Schedule of Tests, and Draft Evaluation Criteria is also attached. It is helpful for aquisition planning if interested�parties provide your intent to respond to the Request For Proposal (RFP) by 10/29/2021 to dehnerm@cc.nih.gov.
