- Solicitation Number:� 47PH0022R0001 Title of Project:� IDIQ Small Project Construction Services � Eastern Oklahoma and Western Oklahoma This synopsis serves as an announcement of the forthcoming acquisition. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Services (PBS), Greater Southwest Region 7 (R7) intends to solicit proposals for two (2) Single Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for construction services to provide for various repairs, alterations and renovations to federally owned and leased facilities serviced by the R7 of the GSA and located throughout Eastern Oklahoma and Western Oklahoma (as stated below). Construction services under this contract may consist of any or all interior and exterior building construction, and repair and alterations including but not limited to: demolition, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, fire suppression or notification, landscaping incidental to repair or alteration, storm drainage, exterior renovations, earthwork, pavement, hazardous material removal, or other miscellaneous civil work, and shall be limited to those items listed in RSMeans. Task orders issued against this contract are anticipated to be within the range of $5,000 to $50,000.� However, task orders may be issued up to a maximum value of the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, which is currently $250,000 although it is not anticipated that this dollar amount will be used regularly. Two single award contracts will be made as a result.� One award for each of the following geographic areas: �(1) Eastern Oklahoma (Muskogee and Tulsa)�� �(2) Western Oklahoma (Oklahoma City and Lawton) The work will be performed when authorized by properly executed Task Orders (GSA300)s which will be issued from time to time for various quantities and types of work provided for in this contract. This authorized work shall be performed only at Government-owned buildings and/ or Government-leased space where GSA has either repair responsibility or authority. This Contract is for a 12 month Base Year Period and Four (4) One (1) Year Options. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this project is: 236220, size standard $39.5 million.�� In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 19.502-2, this potential acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business as follows:� (1) Eastern Oklahoma (Muskogee and Tulsa)��- 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) (2) Western Oklahoma (Oklahoma City and Lawton) � 100% set aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone). OFFERS FROM OTHER BUSINESSES INCLUDING LARGE BUSINESSES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. The solicitation number is 47PH0022R0001. The projected basic performance period is from March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023, with four one-year option periods (March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2027). FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, will be included in the solicitation to add up to six additional months, if necessary. The solicitation will be released on or around November 23, 2021. The pre-proposal conference and the deadline for questions will be noted in the solicitation. The solicitation and subsequent amendments will only be publicized through the BETASAM.gov (Contract Opportunities FBO) website at beta.SAM.gov. Contractors are solely responsible for monitoring the internet to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments.� Paper copies and/or electronic mail of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments will not be provided under any circumstances.
