Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. No solicitation is currently available. The purpose of this notice is to gain market research on potential Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Information received will be used in any set-aside determination. The Department of Veterans Affairs anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award Project 598-18-107, Construct Inpatient Dialysis located at the Eugene J. Towbin VA Medical Center in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 (FAR part 36.204 (f)). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238290 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5M. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be sent to Shana.Spight@va.gov with the following information: Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, and DUNS number. Firm must be registered in System for Award management (SAM) with the NAICS Code 238290 (https://sam.gov) Proof of registration as an SDVOSB in the VA Vendor Information Pages (VIP) website and verification by VA Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) registration (https:www.vip.vetbiz.gov/). Company s bonding capacity (NOTE: this response may include a letter from your bonding company confirming this amount, your maximum bonding capacity per project, and your aggregate maximum bonding capacity. Examples of similar projects in scope and size to the aforementioned project (no more than three (3) references of similar work your firm has performed). Responses must be submitted as attachments or contained in the body of the email and must be clearly marked Sources Sought Response Project 598-18-107 Construct Inpatient Dialysis in the subject line and document header. As a reminder, please email responses only to Shana.Spight@va.gov. The deadline to respond to this notice is November 15, 2021 at 2pm (CST). Responses received after the deadline or without required information will not be reviewed. As a reminder, this is only a sources sought notice and is intended only for the purposes of obtaining market research in accordance with FAR part 10. All interested parties will be required to respond to a solicitation separately from their response to this Sources Sought. It is anticipated that the pre-solicitation will be posted on or about November 15, 2021 and will be posted to beta.SAM.gov. This sources sought does not constitute a solicitation and is not considered as a commitment.
