NSN 1005-01-003-2829 The AMC/AMSC for the NSN listed above is ""3 B"" Primary Point of Contact: Mindy M Cook, Contract Specialist AMC 3. Acquire directly from the actual manufacturer, whether or not the prime contractor is the actual manufacturer. AMSC B. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. If one source is available, AMCs 3, 4, or 5 are valid. If at least two sources exist, AMCs 1 or 2 are valid. Vendors may access the applicable drawings/specifications by querying SPE7L321MR61 within the solicitation field at the following cfolders link: https://pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders. Drawings cannot be accessed through DIBBS at this time. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 336120 with Small Business size standard of 1500 employees. This SOURCES SOUGHT notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is strictly for market research. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to be obtain information regarding the capability and availability of qualified businesses that are capable of executing this potential contract. The Government is not obligated and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. Sources interested in providing an offer on the solicitation, should complete the attached market survey and return the completed copy to Mindy Cook via email at mindy.cook@dla.mil. EXPORT CONTROL OF TECHNICAL DATA: This item has technical data some or all of which is subject to export-control of either the International Traffic in Arms regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and cannot be exported without prior authorization from either the Department of State or the Department of Commerce.� Export includes disclosure of technical data to foreign persons and nationals whether located in the United States or abroad.� This requirement applies equally to foreign national employees and U.S. companies and their foreign subsidiaries. DFARS 252.225-7048 is applicable to this data. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) limits distribution of export-control technical data to DLA contractors that have an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification, have completed the Introduction to Proper Handling of DOD Export-Controlled Technical Data Training and the DLA Export-Controlled Technical Data Questionnaire (both are available at the web address given below), and have been approved by the DLA controlling authority to access the export-controlled data.� Instructions for obtaining access to the export-controlled data can be found at: https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/EnhancedValidation/ To be eligible for award, offerors and any sources of supply proposed for use are required to have an approved JCP certification and have been approved by the DLA controlling authority to access export-controlled data managed by DLA.� DLA will not delay award in order for an offeror or its supplier to apply for and receive approval by the DLA controlling authority to access the export-controlled data.
