FEATURES: - Convenient sample access at user height - Safe Operation - 60 easily accessed sample positions - Random access for sequential or batch automation - Unique manual push-button sample exchange - Supports all common sample-tubes in spinners or shuttles - Compatible with MAS and CryoFIT - Mixed operation based on various sample shuttle / spinner weights - With optional code reader for sample identification - Detection of user interventions with integrated IR-sensor � Note 1:� Spinners not included � Note 2:� Compatible to AVIII model and later The following is INCLUDED with the requirement listed above: �P/N#:� Z42516 ITEM:� Spinner SB PLA (POM) 5+2, 5 ����������� Plastic (POM) Spinner 5 mm, standard bore, Tmax = 80�C �QTY:� 60 each ��P/N#:� A1452 ITEM:� On-Site Labor (Installation) � QTY:� 2 Days���� This is considered a sole source to Bruker Biospin Corp because - to the best of MICC West Point�s knowledge and based on market research - Bruker Biospin Corp is the only known source that can provide the exact item needed to meet our requirement.� The requirement is in support of a pre-existing item previously purchased from Bruker Biospin Corp that is still under warranty.� Bruker Biospin Corp is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) with trademark and patent ownership of the Bruker Sample-Case Analytical Sampler (SC60).� They are the only company that can provide the item with annual preventative maintenance, spare parts, technical / field support, and upgrades in accordance with the original operating specs.� Any repairs performed by third party service providers will void all warranty and maintenance agreement obligations by Bruker Biospin Corp.� Bruker Service Technicians are the only known engineers certified to service the equipment.� No other potential sources are known to exist.� � This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available.� However, any interested party that believes is capable of meeting our requirement may identify themselves but must submit evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement.� If a vendor is an authorized agent of Bruker Biospin Corp., they must submit written proof from Bruker Biospin Corp that says they have permission to sell / distribute / service the item on Bruker�s behalf (documents will be verified with Bruker).� All interested parties must provide the following data with their responses:� 1.� Full Company Name and Address 2.� DUNS Number 3.� CAGE Code 4.� TAX ID# (aka �EIN� or �TIN�#) 5.� Business Size (""Large"" or ""Small""� must be stated on your reply) 6.� The NAICS Code(s) your company uses to identify its business size (list ALL of them). 7.� Company POC, Email, Phone# 8.� Proof (a & b� no exceptions) - - � ���� a.� Capability Statement that shows your ability / capability to meet our requirement. ���� b.� Authorization Letter from Bruker Biospin Corp that states you are an authorized agent of�Bruker Biospin Corp�with permission to service their equipment on their behalf.
