Description

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking a qualified contractor for preservation services for the�Navy Paint Program. The required work shall take place at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. This requirement is intended to be a Full and Open Competition solicitation. The Government intends to solicit for the preservation services onboard naval surface ships. See attached PWS for details. This pre-solicitation notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.204. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The contractor must be able to demonstrate�they have�technical expertise to complete the scope of work. Furthermore, the contractor must be registered in good standing within the System for Award Management (SAM) system and meet the requirements for NAICS code 325510. This is not a request for proposals. PHNSY & IMF intends to post the�solicitation for at least 10 days, starting on 11/08/2021.�
