Description

This pre-solicitation notice serves as a synopsis and is posted in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions.� This is not a solicitation. Vendors should not submit quotes until the solicitation is posted to beta.SAM.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires K-8 Music Digital resources to address the DoDEA Music Content Standards, which are identical to the National Coalition for Core Arts Standards (NCCAS), which may be found at https://nafme.org/.� DoDEA intends to issue solicitation HE1254-22-Q-0002 in support of this requirement. This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.� This requirement will be competed under Full and Open Competition and may result in a single or multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity award(s) with a five-year base period and one-year option period.� The anticipated contract is Firm-Fixed-Price.� The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) #611710 Education Support Services and the business size is 16.5 million dollars will be used for this requirement. �Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management prior to submitting a quote.� The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 15 November 2021, with a closing date on or about 14 December 2021. This is not a request for proposals or quotations.� Interested vendors please add your organization's information to the Interested Vendors list under this post on Beta.Sam.gov.� In order to be eligible for this award your company must be registered in the System for Award Management.� See the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed information.�� It is the responsibility of the potential vendors to monitor beta.SAM.gov for any information that may pertain to a future solicitation.
