- Description
- Marine Corps Recruiting Depot Parris Island (MCRD PI) has a requirement for a Service Maintenance Contract for the hardware and software of the Kiosk (SAFLOK) System Model #: 211647, located at building 332 aboard MCRD Parris Island, South Carolina. This Kiosk is approximately 5 years old; however, it has only been used for 10 months. Service is required to keep the kiosk and associated hardware and software in operating condition.� � The contractor shall provide ancillary compatible parts, repair services, and supporting maintenance services to maintain the operations of the software and hardware of a Government owned Kiosk (SAFLOK) system at the Unaccompanied Housing Facility, building 332, MCRD Parris Island. Maintenance and Support must include telephone support, onsite support (if required), and parts replacement. The contractor shall provide service-maintenance support to include, but not limited to: Online and telephonic technical support. Online site services, as necessary. Replacement of defective hardware from the kiosk as required. All costs, to include labor, parts, tools, equipment, travel, and other miscellaneous expenses, shall be included in this Service Maintenance contract. The following items are a list of existing hardware that must be maintained as part of the requirement: Kiosk for MT Locks (Mag Strip): Includes System 6000 software and PIN Server, Serial #: 211647 Desktop Computer, HP (Saflok Server): Includes monitor, Serial #: CNC644P74G and tower, Serial # 2UA65130J5 Encoder Key Station, Type 7: Serial #: I008000000183, Serial #: I007000000184,���� �(qty 2) Hand held Programmer and Interrogator (LPI) Interface Probe/Elps Power Override: Serial #: N/A, including charging base Serial # N/A Software:� Saflok 6000: Windows: Version 3 The Contractor shall provide maintenance and software/hardware service contract on the Kiosk (SAFLOK) System in Building 332 Barracks: Unlimited 24/7 technical support hotline. Onsite Break/Fix Services: Onsite repair service are delivered Monday � Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm local time, excluding holidays. If support cannot be provided locally, then it will be the responsibility of the contractor to cover any shipping/return charges of products or components to the repair center. Repair/replacement of parts or components at no additional cost. If required, software or programing updates will be provided. Should the contractor fail to repair any product or components locally a replacement/install will be required within 48 hours of failure.
