Description

Project Title: Procurement and Installation of Advantor Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) for Multiple locations on U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Humphreys and U.S. Army Installations throughout the Korean Peninsula. The Government intends to award sole source firm-fixed priced task orders against the GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) by soliciting from a sole source, Advantor Systems, pursuant to FAR 8.405-6.� Under the authority of FAR 8.405-6, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Far East District (FED), intends to award�on a sole source basis, a brand name requirement to procure and install Advantor Electronic Security System for multiple Army Installations throughout the Republic of Korea (ROK).� �All facilities within the program which requires Intrusion Detection System (IDS) / Electronic Security System (ESS), have been equipped with the Advantor IDS.� The USFK Transformation and Re-stationing Program office determined and provided a directive that the use of Advantor IDS is still required to maintain operational compatibility of existing security systems infrastructure across multiple facilities throughout ROK. � This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
